The Xcellerate Labs Story
A Team of Sales Leaders
Xcellerate Labs was founded by a team of seasoned tech sales leaders, who realised that buyer behaviour was changing fast. Not only were buyers preferring to do their own research online, but the techniques that our sales teams were using (emails, cold calling, etc) were delivering increasingly diminishing returns. ​In order to attract buyers it was crucial to find new ways of engaging with them.

Creating 'The Lab'
We began implementing novel sales techniques, involving social selling and community building (back when this was a new thing!) and built a powerful tech stack using the newest technologies to amplify our results. We soon realised the potential this had to help other organizations who were trying to get traction in the industry.
Wanting to Make a Difference
Working at tech startups, we were always significantly held back by the lack of budget and resources to be able to implement the kind of sales development machine we really needed.
