Agritask came to Xcellerate Labs as an early stage startup who did not yet have traction within their industry, who needed to define their 'Go To Market' Strategy and battle test assumptions around their ICP.

Over 800 food & beverage companies had already been mapped out and meetings into those companies were required with 4 different target personas including Heads of Sustainability, Supply Chain and Innovation.

It was also crucial to find the Total Addressable Market and identify all additional prospects outside of the 800 already discovered.
