The Challenge

Our client was an early stage startup with little brand recognition.

The challenge was how to reach large audiences, increase brand awareness and open up opportunities with as many target prospects as possible, feeding the sales team with a consistent stream of highly qualified meetings in their diaries.

Optimum personas within the client's ICP were to be discussed, identified and refined in order to design an effective and successful webinar programme to be distributed across a highly targeted audience.

"From a young company with little brand recognition to be getting 900+ attendees to our digital events it is phenomenal!- we have been blown away by how successful it has been"

"We've been so happy with the results from our webinar programme with Xcellerate Labs, they have exceeded our expectations in every way"

The Solution

In just over six months, Xcellerate Labs established a precision targeted network of over 6,000+ prospects that fit the client's Ideal Customer Profile. This network was used to drive webinar attendees.

Xcellerate Labs produced and broadcast the webinars on behalf of the client across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Youtube and Twitter.

Following the events, data was enriched and MQL's were pushed into the client's CRM.

Results:

- Community Growth of 6000+ DevOps, SRE's & Architects over 6 months

Over 900+ webinar attendees to a single event
Over 350MQL's per month
